With over 20 years in the IT industry, I structure and lead development work with a focus on sustainable solutions guided by simplicity and clarity. Continuously learning and questioning what I already know is central to my approach. I write about architecture, developer experience, and AI at jonas.rs, with a growing focus on agent-native architectures and AI-driven developer experience.

  • Leading AI and data strategy while driving Developer Experience (DX) initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and reduce cognitive load on development teams.
  • Previously Development Manager responsible for leading, developing, and coaching up to 45 employees and 10 consultants across Sweden.
