Senior IT Architect & Tech Lead
- Tech Lead responsible for architecture and technical strategy across multiple products; assessing feasibility, setting technical context and explicit boundaries, and driving non-functional requirements in close partnership with product management and UX.
- Stewarding the Swedish platform and architecture for cloud, data/AI, and developer experience (Backstage, CI/CD, GitHub governance, observability) in collaboration with group architecture leadership.
- Leading AI and data strategy while driving Developer Experience (DX) initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and reduce cognitive load on development teams.
- As Development Manager, led, developed, and coached up to 45 employees and 10 consultants across Sweden.
